30-Day Easy Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety standards, used bidet products cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
