Our Promise

If you find an identical product available from another Australian retailer at a lower price, we’ll do our best to match it.

Eligibility

To qualify for a price match:

• The product must be identical (brand, model, specifications)

• The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer

• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase

• The price must be publicly advertised (not a clearance, auction, or bulk-only offer)

Exclusions

We do not price match:

• Clearance or liquidation sales

• Typographical errors

• Private or member-only pricing

• International retailers

How to Request a Price Match

Email us at support@homeluxury.com.au with:

• A link to the competitor’s listing

• The product name and model

Price match requests must be submitted before placing an order.
